A Leader Building Leaders
Our Intention
The world is in the midst of a leadership crisis in our communities, schools, businesses, and governmentsโฆglobally. We want to impact that. With a systems-forward way of thinking, contemporary perspectives, a dose of grit, and a heap of humor, we transform leaders into the curious, compassionate, and global stewards our future deserves.
KKL & Co aims to put a leader in every chair and a healthy culture in every company. We are seekers by natureโฆunpacking the way humans think, live, and work together.
We Believe
Human behavior canโt be compartmentalized. How you do anything is how you do everything. Thus, we assess, study, and engage the entire human. Professional development canโt help but impact a humanโs personal life and vice versa. As a matter of fact, we count on that!
Humans are whole.
High performing work environments know that exceptional talent with game-changing ideas can be found everywhere at any time. Develop all employees to lead with a capital โLโ.
Every chair sits an influential leader.
When employees are expected, empowered, and equipped to own their own development, organizations groom a solution-oriented workforce that is unstoppable.
Learning cultures are more powerful than learning departments.
Humans are complicated and messy, but our work doesnโt need to be. We design (or redesign) the strategies, plans, processes, and behaviors that get you through work and onto the higher ambitions that await you.
Simple is โin.โ
The health of your culture determines the success of every ambition. Build, edit, evaluate, and nurture a culture that works for you, not against you.
Culture explains a lot.
