Although I am a fan of efficiency and helping people to schedule time with a click. I do control what time is available for them to take. Let’s be honest with ourselves, people will take anytime you have available.
Delegate - this one is the most underutilized strategy of them all. Most of our meetings are overpopulated with individuals who truly don't add value or who add duplicative value... meaning somebody is already representing their point of view or their work.
These days people have so much work FOMO (aka distrust) that everyone is attending every meeting all the time. It's the ultimate waste and the least strategic way to work.
