Why These Words
โCancel Cultureโ is our anti-vibe. These days, many humans are afraid to say anything out of fear of saying the wrong thing. โฆand that is moving communities of humans everywhere further apart instead of closer together. We believe most humans are imperfect beings who learn through open and honest conversations with others (well, many of us doโฆdeep sigh.) We aim to help those humans find THE WORDS they need to have more meaningful conversations.
Each week, THE WORDS newsletter is curated by a staff of imperfect humans (โฆwho have chosen the wrong words plenty of times.) We found our words through empathetic humans who patiently, curiously, and graciously helped us to understand life through their thoughtful words. Their teachings allow us to get our conversations a little more right and we hope they will do the same for you. Letโs keep learning together.

What Has You at a Loss for Words?
Weโve all been there. With the best of intentions, we blow a critical conversation because our nerves, ego, or tired brain got the best of us. Are you avoiding an uncomfortable conversation because you arenโt quite sure how to start?
Summarize the scenario thatโs got you tongue-tied and your topic could be featured in an upcoming issue of THE WORDS.
